1. Panty Liners

  • Use for: Light spotting, discharge, or as a backup for tampons or pads.
    • Not for overnight use.
  • How to Use: Peel off the backing, stick it to your underwear, and change every 4-6 hours.

2. Pads with Wings

  • Use for: Moderate to heavy flow, especially overnight.
  • How to Use: Peel off the adhesive, stick it to your underwear, fold the wings around the sides, and change every 4-6 hours (or as needed).

3. Tampons

  • Use for: Active lifestyles, swimming, and discreet protection.
  • How to Use: Choose the right absorbency, insert at a slight angle with clean hands, and change every 4-8 hours. Never leave in for more than 8 hours to avoid Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).

4. Period Underwear

  • Use for: Extra protection or replacing pads/tampons. Great for overnight use.
  • How to Use: Wear as you would regular underwear and rinse after use before machine washing.

5. Heating Pad

  • Use for: Soothing cramps, lower back pain, and general period discomfort.
  • How to Use: Place on your lower abdomen or back for 15-20 minutes at a time. Avoid direct skin contact to prevent burns.
